We are local to the area and we know New Jersey’s weather patterns and the land’s characteristics so we know how to do the job right the first time, and to make sure that our landscaping endures, allowing you to enjoy your property for many years.

How long have you been in business? 
Since 2016

What forms of payment do you accept?  
We accept cash and checks

Do you offer maintenance contracts?  
Yes we do.

Do you provide senior citizen or military discounts? 
Yes, for both Senior Citizens and Military members and veterans.

How do you handle customer feedback, complaints, and service improvements?  
It rarely happens, but if a customer is not satisfied with our work, we will go back and not only address the issue, we will do what it takes to make the customer happy.

Landscaping FAQ’s

What types of landscaping services do you offer?
Hardscaping, sod, planting and trimming of bushes & shrubbery, fence installations, pavers, decorative stones.

How often should I schedule lawn maintenance?
Weekly maintenance is best.

How can I improve the overall health of my lawn? 
Regular watering, removal of weeds.  We will provide you with an appropriate watering schedule, as well as a list of approved weed killers.

What is the best time of year for landscaping in my area? 
April through August is best.

How do you determine the right plants for my landscape?  We have a book that shows the different types of plants, such as annuals and perennials, depending upon what the owner finds attractive.

How much does landscaping typically cost? 
It depends upon the size and scope of the project, the amount of land, the amount of hardscaping if desired.  Every project is different.

Do you offer seasonal clean-up services for my yard? 
Yes, we offer Fall cleanups.

Can you help with hardscaping projects, like patios or walkways? 
Yes, we can provide all types of hardscaping.

How do I prevent weeds from overtaking my garden? 
We utilize fabric coverings and mulch to help combat weeds, but every garden is different.

How do I choose the right irrigation system for my lawn? 
Each lawn’s size and needs are different, as well as the type of grass utilized.  We can provide recommendations.

How do you ensure that my landscaping stays environmentally friendly and sustainable? 
It first depends upon what the owner’s wants and needs are.  We take into account any allergies that the owners, their families, and pets may have and can then make appropriate recommendations if the opener wants to handle maintenance themselves, or we can set them up with a maintenance contract.

Hardscaping FAQ’s

What is hardscaping, and how does it differ from landscaping?  
Hardscaping involves hard products such as pavers, stones, decorative concrete, etc., while landscaping refers to the actual ground and living land.

What types of materials are commonly used in hardscaping projects? 
Pavers, natural stones, bricks, and concrete.

How much does a typical hardscaping project cost? 
It ultimately depends upon the size and scope of the project, and what types of features the homeowner wants.

What is the best type of paver for my driveway or patio? 
There are many different paver materials, textures, colors and designs.  It is up to the homeowner to choose what they like best.  We will discuss the different options available.

Can hardscaping add value to my home?  
Absolutely!

How long does a hardscaping project usually take to complete?  
While every project is different, depending upon size and scope, hardscaping projects can take from 1-3 months to complete.

Do you offer both design and installation for hardscaping projects? 
Yes, we can design a project and once it meets your aesthetic and budgetary needs, we can install it.

What maintenance is required for hardscaped areas?
Beyond sealing the stonework, we recommend periodic pressure washing to keep the hardscaping clean.

What are the benefits of retaining walls in my yard?  
Retaining walls help keep the soil in place, so if you have a stepped hillside, the design is maintained.

Can you incorporate drainage solutions into hardscaping designs?  
Yes, we do.  It’s part of the overall design.

How do weather conditions affect hardscaping installations? 
If weather conditions are bad – for example, it’s raining – we will wait until the rain passes and the ground is dry before commencing or resuming work.

Snow Plowing FAQ’s

What is the difference between snow plowing and snow removal? 
Plowing is pushing the snow out of the way, while removal is physically removing the snow from the property.

How soon after a snowfall will you clear my driveway?  
We try to come out after the snowfall has stopped, but this also depends upon whether the roads are clear.  We do our best to accommodate you into our schedule.

Do you offer emergency snow removal services during severe snowstorms? 
It’s possible, depending upon the circumstances.

How much does snow plowing or snow removal cost for residential properties?  
Costs vary depending upon location and how much snow is being plowed or removed.

Can you handle both residential and commercial snow plowing needs?  
We are strictly residential.

Do you use salt or other de-icing materials, and are they safe for my lawn and driveway?
Yes, we do use salt if requested.  There are different types of salts available depending upon the surfaces to be plowed.

What happens if it snows heavily overnight—will you clear the snow early in the morning?  
Yes, depending upon our schedule.

Do you provide services for sidewalks, walkways, and paths in addition to driveways? 
Yes, we can clear all these surfaces.

Can I schedule snow removal services in advance for the entire winter season? 
Yes, we can put you on a schedule.

Do you clear snow from both the driveway and the street in front of my house?
We only do the driveway.  Your city or township is responsible for clearing the streets.

Do you offer snow removal for commercial parking lots or office complexes?  
We are strictly residential.

What happens if the weather is too harsh or conditions are unsafe for snow plowing? 
Safety for our employees is paramount.  We wait until conditions are safe before sending out=r teams out.

Can I rely on your service for ice control as well as snow removal? 
Yes – we can come out prior to an anticipated snowfall and salt the property.

Yard Clearing FAQ’s

What is included in a yard cleanup service?  
Removal of leaves, branches and any other natural debris.

How often should I schedule a seasonal cleanup for my yard?  
It depends upon the weather along with the size of the property.  We might need to schedule more than one cleanup.

Can you remove large tree branches, sticks, or fallen trees during yard cleanups?
Yes, we remove large branches and sticks.   If the trees have already fallen, we can remove them.  If the trees are still standing, we recommend a trusted tree removal service. 

Do you clean up flower beds and gardens during a seasonal cleanup?
Yes, we can clean flower beds and gardens.

How long does a typical yard cleanup service take? 
It depends on the size of the yard and the amount of cleanup needed.

Do you offer debris removal services in addition to yard cleaning?  
Yes, we remove natural debris such as sticks, tree branches, and leaves.

Do you offer one-time yard cleanups or are they part of a regular maintenance plan?  
Yes, we can do one-time yard cleanups.

Can I schedule a yard cleanup after a major storm or weather event? 
Yes, post-storm yard cleanup service is available.

Do you clean up and maintain lawns, shrubs, and trees as part of your seasonal cleanup services?
Yes, we can.  We will take a look at how much cleanup is needed.  Trees may require an actual tree service.

Are there any specific weather conditions that affect your ability to do a yard cleanup? 
Yes – if there are heavy winds or rain, we will wait until weather conditions have passed.

Can I request yard cleanup services for a specific area, such as a garden or backyard only? 
Yes, we can accommodate this request.

Do you also handle mulch installation or soil conditioning during seasonal cleanups? 
Yes, if needed.

Do I need to prepare my yard before a cleanup service arrives?
No specific preparation is needed other than storing children’s toys, bicycles, etc.
